全麻妇科腹部手术后服用通腑承气汤的影响

Effect of Tongfu Chengqi Decoction on General Anesthesia Gynecologic Abdominal Operation

目的分析讨论通腑承气汤治疗全麻下妇科腹部手术患者的疗效。方法选取我院2016年4月—2017年9月收治的全麻下妇科腹部手术患者中的110例,按照其就诊顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例患者,对照组使用常规治疗,观察组使用通腑承气汤治疗治疗,经过治疗后,比较分析2组患者的治疗效果、术后排气时间、排便时间以及症状积分。结果在治疗后,观察组患者的疗效高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通腑承气汤治疗全麻下妇科腹部手术患者的疗效较好,能够有效降低患者的临床症状积分,有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of Tongfu Chengqi decoction on gynecologic abdominal surgery under general anesthesia. Methods 110 cases of gynecologic abdominal surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital from April 2016 to September2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 55 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with the Tongfu Chengqi decoction. The therapeutic effect,postoperative exhausts time,defecation time and symptom score were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant P 0. 05. Conclusion The curative effect of Tongfu Chengqi decoction in the treatment of gynecologic abdominal surgery under general anesthesia is better,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptom score of the patients,and has a high clinical value.
