浅析《伤寒论》之煎药用水

A Brief Analysis of Decoction Water Used in the Treatise of Febrile Diseases

《伤寒论》是我国现存第一部集理法方药于一体的著作,书中运用四诊八纲、六经辨证等思维模式将伤寒各阶段的脉、证、治、药相结合,提出了完整的组方原则。全书载方113首,其用药精准,配伍精妙,被后世誉为"众方之祖",其中,30余种煎药用水的甄别是全书一大亮点,现简单介绍几种特殊溶媒及其在汤剂中的作用,阐述历代医家对它们的见解和现代研究,以期对改善现代煎药溶媒单一化提供参考。

The Treatise of febrile disease is the first book in our country,which combines the four diagnosis and eight principles,the six meridians differentiation and so on,combines the pulse,syndrome,treatment and medicine of every stage of typhoid fever,and puts forward the principle of complete prescription. The book contains 113 prescriptions,its medication is accurate,its compatibility is exquisite,and it is praised as the ＂ancestor of all prescriptions＂by later generations. The screening of water for more than 30 kinds of decoction drugs is one of the highlights of the book. This paper briefly introduces several special solutes and their functions in their respective decoction. This paper expounds the opinions and modern research of the physicians in the past dynasties in order to provide a reference for improving the simplification of the modern decoction solvent.
