中药内服外敷治疗阑尾周围脓肿临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Oral Administration and External Application of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Periappendiceal Abscess

目的探讨中药内服外敷治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月—2018年6月我院收治的90例阑尾周围脓肿患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为实验组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组给予单纯西药抗生素抗感染(头孢哌酮舒巴坦+甲硝唑)治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上加自拟方中药内服、外敷"鱼腥草+败酱草膏"治疗,比较2组临床疗效、生活质量以及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗总有效率相比(93.33%vs 73.33%),实验组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组SF-36评分明显高于治疗前与对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率相比(11.11%vs 8.89%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用中药内服外敷治疗阑尾周围脓肿疗效确切,安全性高,同时可显著提高患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess. Methods 90 patients with periappendiceal abscess admitted into our hospital from June 2016 to June2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into experimental group（ n = 45） and control group（ n = 45）. The control group was treated with antibiotics（ cefperazone-sulbactam and metronidazole）,while experimental group was given TCM internal use of self-made recipe and external application of＂Houttuynia cordata and Herba Patriniae paste＂. The clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of control group（ 93. 33%VS 73. 33%）（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the experimental group were higher than those before treatment and the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between experimental group and control group（ 11. 11% VS 8. 89%）（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess is effective and safe,it can significantly increase patients＇ living quality,which is worthy of promotion.
