活血化瘀汤对儿童肺炎恢复期的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huoxue Huayu Decoction on Pneumonia in Children in Recovery Period

目的从中医辨证用药角度探讨活血化瘀汤治疗儿童肺炎恢复期临床效果。方法选取2014年10月—2017年2月本院住院治疗的160例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分成2组,各80例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在沿用西医基础上,根据中医证候给予活血化瘀汤加减治疗,观察2组治疗前后炎性因子变化,评价中医临床效果。结果 2组治疗后PCT和CRP水平均下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组下降幅度明显大于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医临床总有效率为95.00%,对照组为81.25%,2组中医症状总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀汤治疗儿童肺炎恢复期疗效确切,能明显缓解症状,促进康复,且安全性好,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Huoxue Huatan decoction in treating pneumonia in children in recovery period from the perspective of TCM syndrome differentiation and drug use. Methods 160 cases of pneumonia patients hospitalized in our hospital from October2014 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine,and the observation group was Huoxue Huatan decoction based on the Western medicine according to traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and signs. The change of inflammatory factors before and after treatment in both groups was observed,and the clinical effect was evaluated. Results The levels of PCT and CRP decreased after treatment in both groups,and there was a significant difference between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The decrease in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95. 00% and 81. 25% respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in TCM symptom efficiency（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huoxue Huayu decoction is effective for pneumonia in children in recovery period. It can significantly relieve symptoms,promote recovery,and has good safety. It is worth recommending.
