中药保留灌肠配合中药熏蒸治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的远期疗效

The Long-term Effect of Retention Enema of Chinese Herbal Medicine Combined with Fumigation in the Treatment of Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的观察分析中药保留灌肠配合中药熏蒸治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的远期疗效。方法随机选取本院60例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,按照是否给予中药保留灌肠配合中药熏蒸治疗将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组各30例,对照组仅给予中药保留灌肠治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药熏蒸治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗3个疗程后疾病控制率明显优于对照组(VS),实验组患者治疗6个月、1年后WHOQOL-BREF得分明显优于对照组,2组患者各项数据差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论对于盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者给予中药保留灌肠配合中药熏蒸治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe and analyze the long-term effect of retention enema of Chinese herbal medicine combined with fumigation in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 60 cases of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were randomly selected,and all the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was only given the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment. The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The rate of disease control in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after 3 courses of treatment. The score of WHOQOL-BREF in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after 6 months and 1 year,and the difference of data in the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The retention enema of Chinese herbal medicine combined with fumigation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.
