腹针联合常规针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Conventional Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的探析腰椎间盘突出症患者应用腹针联合常规针刺治疗的临床效果。方法将2016年4月—2017年8月来我院治疗的86例腰椎间盘突出症患者选为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为2组,即对照组(43例)、试验组(43例)。对照组患者应用常规针刺治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合腹针治疗,对2组患者临床疗效、生活质量及不良事件发生情况进行统计比较。结果试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,数据分别为95.35%、79.07%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。试验组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分明显高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。试验组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,数据分别为6.98%、23.26%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者应用腹针联合常规针刺治疗的临床效果更加显著,不仅可以提高患者生活质量,还可以减少不良事件的发生,值得在临床中广泛应用与推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of abdominal acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Eighty-six patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated in our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were selected as study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely control group（ n = 43） and experimental group.（ n = 43）. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture. The patients in the experimental group were treated with abdominal acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,quality of life,and occurrence of adverse events were statistically compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The data were 95. 35% and 79. 07%,respectively,and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there had statistical differences（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The data were 6. 98% and23. 26%,respectively,and there had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture in patients with lumbar disc herniation is more significant. It can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse events. It is worthy of extensive application and promotion in clinical practice.
