腹针结合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Warm-needle Moxibustion in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析腹针结合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床效果。方法选取本院在2016年8月—2017年12月收治的92例膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行分组研究,按照不同的治疗方法分为对照组(46例)和实验组(46例)2组,对照组选择单一温针灸的方法治疗,实验组选择腹针结合温针灸的方法治疗,观察和比较2组治疗4周后疼痛症状、膝关节功能评分变化及整体临床疗效。结果连续治疗4周后,对照组与实验组的VAS评分、Lequesns-Mery评分均显著低于治疗前,组间通过比较,实验组均低于对照组,差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的治疗总有效率明显低于实验组,2组之间出现的差异经比较,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎采用腹针结合温针灸治疗效果确切,可有效缓解疼痛,改善膝关节功能,值得临床选择和大力推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 92 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control groups（ n = 46） and experimental group（ n = 46）. The control group selected a single warm acupuncture moxibustion treatment method,and the experimental group selected abdomen acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture moxibustion treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment,pain symptoms,changes in knee function scores and overall clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Results After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,VAS scores and Lequesns-Mery scores in the control group and the experimental group were significantly lower than before the treatment. The comparison between the two groups was made. The experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate in the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The use of abdomen acupuncture combined with warm-needle moxibustion for knee osteoarthritis is effective in relieving pain and improving knee function. It is worthy of clinical selection and promotion.
