中西医护理对血液透析肾病患者生活质量的影响

The Influence of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on the Quality of Life of Patients with Hemodialysis Nephrosis

目的探讨中西医护理模式对血液透析肾病患者相关症状的改善及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院于2015年1月—2017年10月收治的58例血液透析肾病患者作为研究对象,经随机数字法分为对照组及治疗组各29例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用中西医护理措施,比较分析2组患者相关症状变化及生活质量改善情况。结果与对照组相比较,治疗组患者总有效率增加明显,组间具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组生理、心理、社会功能、精神健康评分明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医护理干预可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量,在临床中值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis nephrosis. Methods 58 cases of hemodialysis patients with kidney disease in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects. By the method of random numbers,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 29 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care,and the treatment group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing. The comparative analysis of two groups of patients with symptoms related to change and improve quality of life was made. Results Comparing with the control group,the effective increase of the treatment group was obvious,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The physiological,psychological,social and mental health scores of the treatment group were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can significantly improve the clinical effect and the quality of life of patients,and can be used for reference in clinic.
