摘要
以MDY-100车载钻机为例,分析了钻机工艺特点及负载特性,从节能及优化动力匹配为出发点,分析了发动机极限功率控制系统应用于钻机动力系统匹配存在问题。结合钻机负载特性提出分时功率匹配方法,采用动态模拟与试验结合的手段,验证参数合理性。与传统极限功率控制方法相比,此系统速度刚性好、工艺适应性好且燃油经济性高。
Taking MDY-100 truck mounted drilling rig as an example, the technological characteristics and load characteristics of drilling rig are analyzed. Starting from energy saving and optimal power matching, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of the limit power control system of engine in the matching of power system of the drilling rig. According to the load characteristics of drilling rig, a time-sharing power matching method is proposed, and the rationality of the parameters is verified by the combination of dynamic simulation and experiment. Compared with the traditional limit power control method, the system has the advantages of high speed rigidity, good process adaptability and high fuel economy.
