岱庄煤矿双向防水闸门硐室及自动控制系统设计 被引量:8

摘要 岱庄煤矿1160采区、2160采区开采下组煤受奥灰水威胁,2160采区煤炭需经1160带式运输机送至-580带式运输系统,根据《煤矿安全规程》需在带式运输机巷建防水闸门。为能有针对性隔离突水灾害采区,决定建立双向防水闸门硐室。考虑提高矿井自动化水平,降低工人劳动强度,决定结合可编程控制技术设计建立防水闸门自动控制系统,完成防水闸门的现场自动控制和远程控制。建成后,进行注浆耐压试验和快速关闭试验,验证其能在50 s内快速关闭防水闸门且不出现漏水情况,可用于煤矿井下实际生产。 The lower group coal mining in 1160 mining area and 2160 mining area of Daizhuang Coal Mine is threatened by Ordovician limestone water. The coal in 2160 mining area shall be transported to-580 belt transportation system by 1160 belt conveyor, and according to Coal Mine Safety Regulations, waterproof gate should be built in belt conveyor roadway; in order to isolate the water inrush disaster area, it is decided to build a bidirectional waterproofing gate chamber. Considering improving the level of mine automation and reducing the labor intensity of workers, it is decided to design an automatic control system of waterproof gate combining with programmable control technology to in-site automatic and remote control of waterproof gate on site.After completion, the grouting pressure resistance test and quick closing test were carried out to verify that the grouting can close the waterproof gate quickly within 50 s without leakage, which can be used in the actual production of underground coal mines.
