摘要
基础设施建设项目的利益相关者面对项目风险动态管理问题,需要建立科学的风险管理体系对建设项目风险进行有效科学的动态管理。针对建设项目各方利益者,建立了博弈模型。利用博弈模型的分析结论,总结了利益相关者的不同决策行为,对此提出了三大风险动态管理策略,旨在对项目风险发展和变化进行持续的科学管控。
In view of the infrastructure construction project stakeholders in the face of dynamic project risk management problem, a scientific risk management system for effective dynamic scientific management of construction project risk needs to be established. Aiming at the stakeholders of construction project, the game model is established. Based on the analytical result of the model, different decision-making behaviors are concluded, and three strategies for dynamic management of the construction project risk are proposed. It is hoped that continuous scientific management and control of project risk development and change can be implemented.
