The importance of progress management is emphasized, and the factors affecting progress are analyzed. It is pointed out that in order to find balance among construction period, quality, safety, cost, aspects like co- ordination, level, internal control strengthening and external co-ordination should be scientifically managed. It is hoped that reference will be offered in promoting overall personnel project management level and the realizing management goals.
