地方政府建设中民族历史文化保护的互动研究

Interactive Study on the Protection of National History and Culture in the Construction of Local Government

少数民族拥有丰富的历史文化资源,这是民族地区地方政府建设的文化根基,同时地方政府对少数民族历史文化担负着传承保护和发展的责任。因此,在具体实践中,民族地区地方政府可以利用两者交互作用的关系,通过民族历史文化传承发展保护目标的推进,一方面加强地方政府建设的文化底蕴,另一方面促进地方政府转型目标达成。

Ethnic minorities have rich historical and cultural resources, which is the cultural foundation for the construction of local governments in ethnic minority areas. At the same time, local governments shoulder the responsibility for the heritage, protection and development of ethnic minorities＇ history and culture. So in concrete practice, the local government in minority areas can make use of the interaction between the two to promote the development and protection of national historical and cultural heritage. On the one hand, it can strengthen the cultural background of the local government construction; on the other hand, it can promote the local government to achieve the goal of transformation.
