摘要
医疗卫生资源配置不合理是造成云南藏区基本医疗卫生服务"非均等化"的原因之一,而卫生技术人才队伍建设是解决这一问题的关键。论文通过对云南藏区卫生部门及医疗机构的走访调查,在全面掌握卫生技术人才队伍发展现状的基础上,对存在的问题及需求情况进行了分析,并提出了相应的政策建议,以期能进一步提高迪庆州的基本医疗卫生服务的供给能力,推进实现云南藏区基本医疗卫生服务均等化。
The unreasonable allocation of medical and health resources is one of the reasons why basic medical and health services in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan are "unequal".And construction of health and technical personnel is the key to solve this problem.According to the investigation of the health departments and medical institutions in Diqing,we know of the current state of health and technical personnel,analyze the problems and demands,and put forward policy suggestions.we want to improve the supply capacity of Basic medical and health services and achieve equalization of Basic medical and health services in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan.
