“美丽中国”目标指导下恩施州创建生态文明示范区建设的问题及对策

The Problems of Establishment of Ecological-Civilisation Representative Zone in Enshi Prefecture under the Guidance of Beautiful China Objective

党的十九大把"美丽中国"与富强、民主、文明、和谐一同列为我国社会主义现代化建设的发展奋斗目标,把人与自然和谐共生作为新时代中国特色社会主义基本方略的重要组成部分。在"美丽中国"目标指导下,我国各民族自治地方都在加快本地区生态文明建设。湖北恩施州是我国率先创建国家级生态文明示范区的少数民族地区,其生态文明建设取得了一定的成效,但依然存在不少问题。文章以恩施州为例,分析了生态文明示范区建设的成效,从生态经济、生态环境、生态社会、生态文化四个方面梳理了恩施州创建生态文明示范区依然存在的问题,提出了"美丽中国"目标指导下恩施州生态文明示范区建设的改进对策和建议。

The nineteen ＂beautiful China＂ of the party is juxtaposed with prosperity, democracy, civilization and harmony.As the goal of the socialist modernization of our country, the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature is an important part of the basic strategy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Under the guidance of the strategic thinking of ＂beautiful China＂, all ethnic autonomous regions in China are speeding up the construction of ecological civilization in this region. Enshi, Hubei, China is the first to create a national ecological civilization demonstration area of ethnic minority areas,its ecological civilization construction has achieved certain results, but there are still a lot of problems. Taking Enshi state as an example, analyzes the achievements of the construction of the ecological civilization demonstration area, and combs the problems still existing in the establishment of the ecological civilization demonstration area in Enshi state from four aspects of ecological economy, ecological environment, ecological society and ecological culture, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the construction of the ecological civilization demonstration area in Enshi.
