摘要
外泌体是一种由细胞分泌的纳米级囊泡,在细胞间的物质、信号传递中具有重要作用。近年来发现,不同细胞来源的外泌体对缺血再灌注损伤发生发展过程中的心肌保护起到至关重要的作用。采用外泌体治疗可能成为逆转缺血再灌注器官损伤的新方法,了解外泌体对缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及可能机制具有重要意义。本文将外泌体对缺血再灌注器官保护作用的相关研究进行综述,以期为缺血再灌注的治疗提供新的思路。
Exosomes are a kind of nano-sized vesicles secreted by cells,which play an important role in the transfer of materials and signals between cells.In recent years,it has been found that exosomes from different cell sources play an important role in cardioprotection against ischemic reperfusion injury.Exocrine therapy may be a new method to reverse the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injuryand it is of great significance to understand the protective effect and possible mechanism of exosomal in ischemia reperfusion injury.In this paper,the study on the protective effect of exosomes on ischemia-reperfusion is reviewed in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of ischemia reperfusion.
