摘要
风电主动控制可抑制风电出力的波动,有效缓解系统备用压力。文中提出了一种考虑风电降载的电力系统鲁棒备用调度模型,考虑风电场和负荷功率预测误差的不确定性,引入风电降载比定量描述风电备用持有水平,建立风电场备用、旋转备用等鲁棒约束条件,同时根据对偶原理将鲁棒优化模型转化为确定性的数学规划问题,利用线性松弛技术和空间分支定界法寻找模型的全局最优解。最后,采用改进的IEEE 39节点算例验证模型的有效性。
The active power control makes the wind turbine generators(WTG)have the ability to suppress the wind power fluctuations and reduce the system reserve burden.This paper proposes a robust reserve scheduling model considered the WTG de-loading capability that can take the uncertainty of wind power and load into account.The de-loading control for WTG is introduced to quantify the reserve holding level of wind power and the robust constraints including the wind farm reserve limits,the spinning reserve capacity are formulated.Furthermore,the robust optimization model is transformed into a certainty mathematic programming problem based on the duality theory.Then a linear relaxation technology and the spatial branch-andbound method are used to achieve the global optimum.Finally,the simulation results of a modified IEEE 39-bus system with wind power integrated verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
