中国经济特区创新功能演变:从试点到协同——以雄安新区为例

On the evolution of the function of the special economic zone in China:from the pilot to the synergy——Take Xiong'as an example

随着雄安新区获批,区域发展战略研究重点又再次集中到经济特区上。雄安新区的设立标志着我国区域发展又有了新的战略方向,也有助于指导我国下一步经济发展与改革开放。雄安新区设立是疏解北京的非首都功能。中国经济特区实践在时间维度上出现了一个动态演化过程,由制度试验导向到区域发展导向再到发展问题导向。为此,通过研究中国特区演进历史和现实,对我国区域经济协同的新模式进行深度研究,为雄安新区建设与我国区域经济发展提出建议。

With Xiong＇approved,the research focus of regional development strategy is focused again on the special economic zone.The establishment of Xiong＇marks the new strategic direction of regional development in China,and also helps to guide the next step of economic development and reform and opening up in China.The establishment of Xiong＇s an new area is to ease the non-capital function of Beijing,to promote the emergence of new urban growth in north China,to change the spatial pattern of the south of China＇s regional economy,and to explore a unique Chinese road and institutional arrangement for the long-term coordinated development of China regional economy.Therefore,through studying the evolution history and reality of China special administrative region,this paper makes a deep study on the new pattern of regional economic cooperation in China,and puts forward suggestions for the construction of Xiong＇and regional economic development in China.
