China＇s economy has entered a new normal,which demands the transformation of China＇s development from the resouce-driven pattern to the innovation-driven path.It has become a top pressing mission to accelerate the process of building Innovative Inner Mongolia,and the work of scientific and technological innovation and its applications in the economic and social development.This paper analyzes the new situation,new challenges,new missions and new demands with regard to scientific and technological innovation and work at Inner Mongolia facing the new normal economy,and further explores the new measures to promote the work of scientific and technological innovation at Inner Mongolia.
