Research on the Effects of Increasing Comprehensive Cost on Technology Innovation

当前综合成本上涨已成为制约我国经济发展的重要瓶颈,为此我国政府提出加快实施创新驱动的发展战略,推动以科技创新为核心的全面创新。在综合成本上涨的背景下,详细分析了综合成本上涨"倒逼"技术创新的作用机理,并提出综合成本上涨影响企业行为的4种效应,为企业的技术创新选择提供了路径参考。最后,提出了相应的政策建议。

Currently in China,the rising comprehensive costs have seriously restricted its economic development.Given this situation,the Chinese government has proposed to speed up its innovation driven strategy and promote scientific and technological innovation as the core of comprehensive innovation.This paper,by analyzing reversed transmission principle and technology innovation theory,puts forward the four kinds of effect that the comprehensive cost rise affects enterprise behavior,providing apath reference for the selection of techno logy innovation in enterprises.In the end,some policy recommendations are also offered.
