摘要
南京世茂滨江16号楼为典型的超高层剪力墙结构住宅,首先介绍了其地基与基础设计、结构选型,并讨论了结构超限情况,确定了抗震性能目标;随后,进行了多遇地震作用下的结构弹性分析和罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性分析,并基于此进行了不同地震水准下的承载力和变形设计。最后,针对高度、扭转位移比和高宽比等超限问题,探讨了各关键问题的应对措施。
No.16 building in Nanjing Shimao Riverside City is a typical super high-rise shear wall residential building. The design of building foundation and structure forms was introduced firstly, and the out-code issues were discussed and seismic performance objects of the structure were summarized. Then, both elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake were conducted, and on the basis of these analyses, the bearing capacity and the deformation were checked under different earthquake levels. Lastly, according to the out-code issues, such as height, torsion displacement ratio and high-width ratio, the main measures were discussed.
