高比例光伏电能产消群电力需求响应机制设计 被引量:33

摘要 为实现配电侧高比例光伏电能的高效消纳,设计了一种基于弹性电价的电力需求响应机制。从光伏电力产消群(简称产消群)经济效益角度出发,提出了二次型产消者响应电量条件。为了描述产消者响应的不平衡电量对不同时刻的电力需求影响,定义了自弹系数和互弹系数。根据分时电价响应模型,将供用电不平衡量与电价耦合,构建产消群弹性电价模型,同时考虑了环境效益补贴。给出了以各产消者为主体的多边电力互济交易流程。算例分析表明,所提机制能够为高比例光伏电能产消群带来经济效益,对降低产消群实时发、用电的不平衡电量具有一定作用。 In order to realize efficient accommodation of high proportion of photovoltaic power at distribution side, a power demand response mechanism based on elastic electricity price was designed. From the perspective of economic benefits of photovoltaic prosumer group(PPG), the condition of response power for quadratic photovoltaic prosumer(PP) was proposed. To describe effect of unbalanced power on power demand at different time by PP response, self-elasticity coefficient and mutual elasticity coefficient were defined. According to the time-of-use pricing response model, an elastic pricing model for PPG was constructed through coupling of electricity supply imbalance and electricity price considering environmental benefit subsidy. The prosumer-oriented multilateral power transaction process, including demand response between prosumers, and purchasing strategy from power grid, was given. Example analysis showed that the proposed mechanism could bring economic benefits to high proportion PPG, and had certain effect on reducing power imbalance between real-time generation and consumption.
