摘要
在实验室条件下,利用外源菌群对山西大同褐煤进行了生物产甲烷实验探究。分别考察了不同影响因素对甲烷产量的影响,得到的最佳培养条件为pH=7,温度35℃,煤添加量2 g,煤粒径120~140目,最佳条件下甲烷产量172.38μmol。此次实验证明了甲烷产量与挥发性有机酸生成之间存在相关性,R^2=0.932 97。除此之外,在探究不同浓度H_2O_2预处理褐煤对甲烷产量影响的实验中,最佳预处理方式为30%浓度的H_2O_2对褐煤预处理15 h,预处理后的褐煤甲烷产量提高了22.7%。
Under laboratory conditions,experiments on biomethane production from Shanxi Datong lignite were carried out by using exogenous microflora.The effects of different influencing factors on methane production were investigated.The optimal culture conditions pH=7,temperature of 35 °C,coal addition of 2 g,and coal particle size of 120 to 140 mesh under optimal conditions.The methane yield was 172.38 μmol.This experiment demonstrated a positive correlation between methane production and volatile organic acid production,R^2=0.932 97.In addition,in the experiment to explore the effects of different concentrations of H2O2 pretreatment lignite on methane production,the best pretreatment method was 30% H2O2 for lignite pretreatment for 15 hours,and pretreated lignite methane production increased by 22.7%.
