摘要
以寸草塔二矿31201综放工作面为例,通过优化工作面通风系统和采空区瓦斯抽采管路敷设方式,改变了采空区特别是回风隅角气体流场,从而彻底解决了工作面回采期间回风隅角瓦斯局部集聚而超限问题,保障了安全高效回采。工作面回采期间隅角瓦斯浓度最大值0.62%,回风流最大瓦斯浓度0.2%,工作面瓦斯抽采率在50%以上,同时瓦斯抽采管路可以回收再利用,同比回风隅角埋管抽采方式节约材料成本近300万元。
Illustrated by the example of 31201 fully-mechanized working face of Cuncaota No.2 coal mine.Through the optimization of the ventilation system of the mining face and the installation of gas extraction pipeline,gas flow field is changed in goaf especially the place in return corner,the problem is completely solved that gas concentration overrun by the gas in return corner is collected during the period of working face cutting coal,this guaranteed the mine stopping safely and efficiently.During the period of working face cutting coal,the maximum corner gas concentration is 0.62%,the maximum gas concentration in return air flow is 0.2%,gas pumping and extracting rate in work face is over 50%,meanwhile,the gas extraction pipeline can be recycled.By comparison with the mode of embedded pipe in return corner,this way has cut down the material cost nearly 3 million yuan.
