选煤厂大型设备状态监测与故障诊断系统 被引量:18

摘要 为提高选煤厂大型设备可靠性和稳定性,研发了由振动传感器、温度传感器、监测子站、监测分站和监测主站组成的设备状态监测与故障诊断系统,基于Labview,实现了设备实时状态监测、故障模拟、故障诊断和设备信息管理四大功能模块,能够及时报警关键部件温度异常及振动异常,诊断出振动筛的典型故障,有效保障设备稳定可靠运行。 In order to improve the reliability and stability of large equipment in coal preparation plant,the equipment state monitoring and fault diagnosis system composed of vibration sensors,temperature sensors,monitoring sub stations,monitoring stations and monitoring main stations is developed.The system is designed based on Labview,the four functional modules,including real-time monitoring,fault simulation,fault diagnosis and equipment information management,can alarm the abnormal temperature and vibration of the key components in time,diagnose the typical fault of the vibrating screen,and ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipment.
