摘要 为进一步提高矿井提升机的运行安全、平稳与可靠性,开发硬件冗余和软件容错的提升机变频调速控制系统。硬件配置冗余的S7-300 PLC系统,设计适于矿井提升机分布I/O监控的总线网络,组建提升机运行状态控制的变频调速系统。软件应用信号与指令容错改善扰动对冗余PLC误切换的影响,提高提升机控制系统的动态稳定性。系统具有硬件冗余和软件容错功能,有效抑制矿井扰动信号对提升机运行状态的干扰。 In order to improve the operational safety,stability and reliability of hoister,hardware redundancy and software fault tolerance hoister frequency control system has been developed.Redundant S7-300 PLC system and distribution I/O monitoring bus network for mine hoister has been designed,andfrequency control system for hoister operating state has been built.Software has used signal and instruction fault tolerance to improve disturbance error for redundant PLC switching,and improved the dynamic stability of hoister control system.System has the functions of hardware redundancy and software fault tolerance,which can effectively restrain interference of mine disturbance signal to the operation state of hoister.
