摘要
针对寺河矿选煤厂尾煤处理环节药剂人工添加存在的药剂消耗量大、自动化程度低、工人劳动强度大、产品指标波动明显等问题,建立了基于案例推理技术的浓缩机药剂自动添加系统。首先建立案例推理知识库,主要由实际生产过程中工人操作经验以及药剂组合试验结果组成,生产过程中,依据当前生产状态,从案例库中选择最佳案例,最终输出药剂添加量。寺河矿选煤厂实际使用效果表明:系统运行后,浓缩机溢流和底流浓度稳定性明显提高,平均吨煤泥凝聚剂减少了5.16%,絮凝剂减少了6.67%。
In view of the problems of large amount of reagent,low degree of automation,high labor intensity of workers,obvious fluctuation of product index and other issues in the artificial addition of reagent of the coal slime processing section at Sihe coal preparation plant,the reagent automatic adding system based on case-based reasoning is established.First,a case-based reasoning knowledge base is builded,which is mainly composed of the operating experience of workers in the actual production process and the result of the reagents test.In the production process,according to the current state of production,select the best case from the case base,the final reagent dosage is output.The practical application results of Sihe coal separating plant showed that after the system was operated,the stability of the thickener overflow and underflow concentration was significantly improved,average flocculant and coagulant consumption per ton of coal slime is decreased by 5.16% and 6.67%,respectively.
