摘要
利用热重分析仪对煤矸石和石油焦进行混合热解实验,研究不同升温速率和不同粒度对混合煤样热解特性影响,实验所采用的升温速率为10℃/min、15℃/min、20℃/min、25℃/min,所采用的粒度为80、120、160、200目,对比得到相应的TG和DTG曲线并对其进行分析,结果表明:在此实验条件下,升温速率和粒度对混合试样热解的影响较大,试样粒度160目、升温速率15℃/min时混合式样热解效率最佳。
The pyrolysis experiments of coal gangue and petroleum coke are carried out by the rmogravimetric analyzer to study the influence of different heating rates and different granularity on the pyrolysis characteristics of mixed coal samples.The heating rate is 10 ℃/min,15 ℃/min,20 ℃/min and25 ℃/min,and the grain size is 80,120,160,200 mesh.The TG and DTG curves should be analyzed.The results show that the heating rate and grain size have great influence on the pyrolysis of the mixed sample under this experimental condition,the sample size is 160 mesh,and the pyrolysis efficiency of the mixed sample is the best when the heating rate is 15 ℃/min.
