压抑情绪下矿工不安全情绪持续时间影响因素及干预对策研究

Study on Influencing Factors and Intervening Measures of Miner′s Unsaturated Emotion Duration under Repressed Emotion

在问卷基础上添加了前期情绪图片诱导。采用SPSS21.0软件对问卷数据进行检验,提取出3个影响因素:个人因素、企业因素、家庭因素。运用AMOS7.0进行了验证性分析,确定出矿工不安全情绪持续时间影响因素结构方程模型。找出在压抑情绪下各个因素对矿工不安全情绪持续时间的影响大小。研究表明,对矿工不安全情绪持续时间产生影响的程度排序为3个一级因素中,企业因素>个人因素>家庭因素。而在二级因素中,沟通渠道>安全规章>个人收入>个人身体健康>家庭收入。并根据结构方程模型的结果提出了相关的对策措施。

On the basis of questionnaire,the initial emotion image induction was added.Using SPSS21.0 software to test the questionnaire data,three influencing factors were extracted：personal factors,business factors and family factors.Use the AMOS7.0,the model of the structural equation of the influence factors of the unsafety of the miners was determined.Find out the influence of various factors on the unsafety of the miners in the depression.The study showed that the degree of influence of the unsafety duration of miners was ranked by the three factors：business factors 〉personal factors〉 family factors.In the secondary factor,communication channel〉 safety regulation〉 personal income〉 personal health〉family income.According to the results of structural equation model,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
