摘要
技术创新能提供企业持续的竞争优势,在经济全球化时代技术创新逐渐成为企业发展的中坚力量。在梳理现有研究成果的基础上从动态能力视角对技术创新进行研究,系统阐述了企业技术创新动态能力要素,构建了技术创新网络体系,分析了体系中各构成要素之间协同创新的关系,并从政府和企业2个方面对技术创新动态能力的提升提出建议。
Providing continuous competitive advantage,technological innovation has gradually become the backbone of enterprise′ s development in the era of economic globalization.Studies technological innovation from the perspective of dynamic capability on the basis of combing existing research results.It systematically elaborated the enterprise technology innovation dynamic ability element,constructed technology innovation network system,analyzed the relationship between the components of the system and gived suggestion from the government and the enterprise two aspects to raise the technical innovation dynamic ability.
