我国城镇化滞后于工业化的影响因素探究

Research on the Influencing Factors of China's Urbanization Lagging behind Industrialization

从产业结构、公共服务、城市失业率、地区经济发展水平、政府对市场的干预政策等多方面研究了城镇化滞后的影响因素,实证结果表明,促进城镇化水平、减弱城镇化滞后的因素有:产业结构、对外贸易、城市失业率、城市公共服务及地区经济发展水平;加重城镇化滞后程度的因素有:对外直接投资、国有经济占比及政府对市场的干预政策。为此,应继续扩大外贸规模,完善公共服务设施建设,发挥市场资源配置功能,减少政府过度干预,加快城镇化建设。

This paper studies the influencing factors of urbanization lag from industrial structure, public service, urban unemployment rate, regional economic development level, government intervention policy and so on. The empirical results show that the factors promoting urbanization level and weakening urbanization lag are industrial structure, foreign trade, urban unemployment rate, urban public service and regional economic development level; factors that increase the degree of urbanization lag are foreign direct investment, the proportion of state-owned economy and government intervention policy on the market. Therefore, we should continue to expand the scale of foreign trade, improve the construction of public service facilities, give play to the role of market resource allocation, reduce excessive government intervention, and accelerate urbanization.
