摘要
以高接在不同中间砧("奉节"脐橙、"朋娜"脐橙、"奈维林娜"脐橙)上的"赣脐4号"脐橙为试材,通过对"赣脐4号"果实生长量的调查及果实品质的分析,研究了不同中间砧及穗互作下果实生长和果实品质,以期为成年树的高接换种及新品种的推广提供参考依据。结果表明:不同中间砧条件下"赣脐4号"果实10月上中旬成熟,果实纵、横径的生长动态变化基本一致,平稳增长;"赣脐4号"果实膨大期在7月上中旬和8月中下旬;自9月开始纵径生长率变化趋势较横径变化趋势明显,果实生长后期果实横向生长逐渐比纵向生长快。单果质量以"奈维林娜"为中间砧时最大,以"奉节"为中间砧时最小;果皮厚度以"朋娜"为中间砧时最大,以"奉节"为中间砧时最小;可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量均表现为以"奉节"为中间砧时最高,以"朋娜"为中间砧时最低;维生素C含量以"朋娜"为中间砧时最高,"奉节"为中间砧时居其次,三者间差异显著。综合分析认为"赣脐4号"进行成年树高接换种时以"朋娜"为中间砧表现最佳,其次是"奉节"。
Based on the test materials of 'Ganqi 4' navel orange,which was top grafted on different interstocks(‘Fengjie'navel orange,‘Bonanza'navel orange,‘Navilina'navel orange),the growth and quality of 'Ganqi 4' fruit under different interstocks and interactions between stock and scion was studied by fruit increment and quality analysis in order to supply references for top grafting and varieties change of adult trees.The results showed that the fruit of 'Ganqi 4' matured in the early and middle of October under different intermediate anvil conditions,and the dynamics growth of the fruit vertical diameters was basically consistent with horizontal diameters,both of them grew stablely.The fruits of 'Ganqi 4' was expanded in the middle of July and the middle and late of August.Since September,the growth rate of longitudinal diameter was significantly increased compared with that of transverse diameter.The weight of single fruit was the lagerst with interstocks of‘Navilina'among all combinations,wheras the smallest with interstocks of‘Fengjie'.The thickness of the peel was the largest with‘Bonanza'as the,interstocks and the smallest with‘Fengjie'as the interstock The contents of soluble solid and titrable acid were the highest with‘Fengjie'as the,interstock and the lowest with‘Bonanza'as the middle interstock.The content of vitamin C was the highest with‘Bonanza'as the interstock,and‘Fengjie'was the second.There were significant difference between three of them.According to comprehensive analysis, 'Ganqi 4' performed best in adult tree planting with‘Bonanza'as the interstock,followed by‘Fengjie'.
