摘要
以三色堇种子为试材,采用水培法,研究了不同浓度的Cr^(6+)胁迫对三色堇种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以期明确重金属铬对三色堇幼苗的危害及作用机制,为后续研究提供一定的参考依据。结果表明:发芽势和发芽率均在0~5.0mg·L^(-1) Cr^(6+)处理浓度范围内呈上升趋势,在5.0~80.0mg·L^(-1)范围内呈下降趋势;在0~80.0mg·L^(-1) Cr^(6+)处理浓度范围内,随着Cr^(6+)浓度的升高,三色堇幼根长度显著降低,幼芽长度先上升后下降,在2.5mg·L^(-1)时达到峰值;在0~5.0mg·L^(-1) Cr^(6+)处理浓度范围内能够使三色堇子叶中叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量上升,在5.0~40.0mg·L^(-1)范围内叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量下降。
The Viola tricolor seed was used as materials and water culture was used to explore the effects of different concentrations of hexavalent chromium ion stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Viola tricolor.The purpose of this study was to clear the harm and mechanism of chromium on Viola tricolor,and provide the basis for further research.The results showed that germination energy and germination rate were increased when the concentration of Cr^6+ range was 0-5.0 mg·L^-1,and decreased when the concentration of Cr^6+ range was 5.0-80.0 mg· L^-1;when the concentration of Cr^6+ range was 0-80.0 mg·L^-1,with the increasing of the concentration of Cr^6+,root length of Viola tricolor decreased significantly,the seedling length first increased and then decreased,and there was the maximum when the the concentration of Cr^6+ was 2.5 mg·L^-1.When the concentration of Cr^6+ range was 0-5.0 mg·L^-1,the concentration of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were increased,and that was decreased when the concentration of Cr^6+range was5.0-40.0 mg·L^-1.
