河北省产妇2016年妊娠期高血压疾病患病情况分析

Prevalence of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome among puerperae in Hebei province, 2016

目的分析河北省产妇2016年妊娠期高血压疾病(PIH)患病情况,为PIH的预防控制提供参考依据。方法收集河北省22个危重孕产妇监测点2016年1—12月上报的35 330名产妇资料,分析河北省产妇2016年PIH及其分类的患病情况。结果河北省35 330名产妇中,患PIH者3 335例,PIH患病率为9.44%;其中,患慢性高血压、妊娠期高血压、轻度子痫前期、重度子痫前期和子痫者分别为485、918、486、1 413和33例,患病率分别为1.37%、2.60%、1.38%、4.02%和0.09%,分别占PIH的14.54%、27.53%、14.57%、42.37%和0.99%;河北省不同特征产妇PIH患病情况比较,不同年龄、文化程度、孕次和胎次的产妇PIH患病率差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论河北省产妇2016年PIH患病率较高,其中重度子痫前期患病率最高,应重点监护和干预。

Objective To analyze the prevalence of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome（PIH） among puerperae in Hebei province and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of PIH. Methods We collected records of 35 330 puerperae delivering at 20 gestational weeks or more during 2016 at 22 medical facilities designated for surveillance on critically ill pregnant women in Hebei province and analyzed the data retrospectively. Results Among all the puerperae, the overall prevalence rate of PIH was 9.44% and the prevalence rate was 1.37%（the number of the patients：485, in proportion to all the PIH cases： 14.54%） for chronic hypertension, 2.60%（918, 27.53%） for gestational hypertension, 1.38%（486, 14.57%）for mild preeclampsia, 4.02%（1 413, 42.37%） for severe preeclampsia, and 0.09%（33, 0.99%） for eclampsia, respectively.The prevalence rate of PIH differed significantly by age, education, gravidity, and parity in the puerperae（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prevalence of PIH was relatively high and the most prevalent PIH was severe preeclampsia among puerperae in Hebei province in 2016. The results suggest surveillance and intervention on PIH are warranted among the pregnant women.
