摘要
目的探讨臂踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与认知功能的关联。方法选取开滦研究中在2012-2013年度健康体检中进行了baPWV及简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)检测的2928例观察对象纳入分析。采用多因素线性回归和多因素Logistic回归方法分析baPWV与MMSE评分的关联和baPWV增加对MMSE评分的影响。结果观察对象2928例。其中,1032例(35.2%)baPWV<14m/s,1896例(64.8%)baPWV≥14m/s。baPWV与MMSE评分呈负相关。在多因素线性回归分析中,校正其他混杂因素后,年龄≥60岁人群baPWV与MMSE评分呈负相关(β=-0.058,P=0.041)。在多因素Logistic回归分析中,校正其他混杂因素后,结果发现:年龄≥60岁人群中,baPWV每增加1 m/s,发生MMSE评分降低的OR值(95%CI)为1.02(1.01~1.14)。结论年龄≥60岁人群中,baPWV与MMSE评分存在负相关,baPWV升高可能增加认知功能下降的发生风险。
Objective To investigate the correlation between brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and cognitive function. Methods A total of 2928 participants from Kailuan study who participated in baPWV measurement and mini-mental state examination (MMSE) during 2012-2013 health examination were recruited. Multivariate linear and logistic regression models were used to analyze the correlation between baPWV and MMSE score. Results Among 2928 participants, 1032 individuals (35.2%) had baPWV〈14 m/s and 1896 individuals (64.8%) had baPWV≥14 m/s. There was a negative correlation between baPWV and MMSE score. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between baPWV and MMSE score in the subjects aged ≥60 years old (p= -0. 058, P=0. 041) after adjusting for other confounding factors. And multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the OR value for MMSE score decline was 1.02 ( 95 % CI 1.01 - 1.14 ) for every 1 m/s increase in baPWV among the subjects aged ≥ 60 years old after adjusting for other confounding factors. Conclusion There was a negative correlation between baPWV and MMSE score, and higher baPWV could increase the risk of developing cognitive function decline among the subjects aged 60 years and over.
