摘要
大学生学业合理"增负"不是简单的增加学业压力,而是要实现学生主动学习,提高学业成就。"增负"有着坚实的现实和理论依据。合理"增负"应从学业的供给端、需求端和考核端3个方面开展:在供给端要适度增加学业的复合性和挑战度,在需求端要积极引导学生增加学习投入,在考核端要重构均衡、高标准和公正的学业评价体系。
Putting the reasonable burden of academic work on college students is not simply to increase students' pressure, but to change the burden into the active learning activities. Putting the reasonable burden on students has not only solid realistic bases but also deep theoretical foundations. Putting the reasonable burden on college students should start from three aspects including the supply, demand and assessment sides of academic work. For the supply side, the compounding and challenging degree of academic work should be appropriately increased. Regarding the demand side, students should be actively guided to increase their learning input.Moreover, the assessment side should reconstruct a balanced, high-standard and fair academic evaluation system.
