资管新规下银行理财业务转型发展调研

The Investigation on the Transformation and Development of Banks' Financial Management Business under the New Regulation

2018年4月《资管新规》(简称:资管新规)正式颁布,按照资管产品类型统一监管标准,从募集方式和投资性质等维度对资管业务予以规范,银行资管业务尤其是理财业务发展面临着重要窗口期,无论是从外部监管形势还是自身发展需要看都亟待转型。本文就资管新规落地之后,陕西大中型银行理财业务转型发展中存在的问题、变化趋势进行汇总分析,提出相应的政策建议。

In April 2018, the new regulation on the financial management was formally issued, which unifies the regulatory standards according to the product type, standardizes the financial management business from the raising way and investment properties. Banks＇ financial management especially fmaneing business development is in an important period, requiring a transformation both from the extemal regulatory situation and its own development. The paper summarizes and analyzes the problems and trends in the transformation and development of the financial management of medium and large-sized banks in Shaanxi province after the implementation of the new regulation, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
