陕西省各地市经济发展水平比较分析

A Comparative Analysis on the Economic Development Level of Cities in Shaanxi Province

陕西省经济发展不平衡的特征十分突出,在转变经济增长方式的过程中,发挥经济区域比较优势,在互动中促进各地市协调发展,进而实现陕西经济"追赶超越"式发展。文章通过构建经济发展水平评价指标体系,以经济发展、经济结构、经济开放程度、科技发展和金融等5类12个指标,搜集陕西省11地市2016年相关数据,采用主成分分析法和聚类分析法,建立了经济发展水平综合评价模型。文章认为一个地区的综合实力、经济结构和保障程度是影响经济发展的主要因素,其中作为结构指标中的金融对当地经济发展的支持情况,是地区经济运行质量好坏的体现,是经济长期发展的动力源。最后,依据聚类结果分层分类提出促进陕西省经济均衡发展的政策建议。

The imbalance of economic development in Shaanxi province is very obvious. In the process of changing the mode of economic growth, the comparative advantages of economic regions are brought into play, the coordinated development of cities are promoted in the interaction, and then the development of quickening the pace to realize the transcendence is realized. The paper establishes the evaluation index system of the economic development level, including 12 indicators of 5 categories such as economic development, economic structure, degree of the economic openness, technological development and finance etc., collects relevant data in 2016 of 11 cities in Shaanxi province, and uses principal component analysis and clustering analysis to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of the economic development level.The paper thinks that the comprehensive strength,economic structure and the guarantee degree of a region is the key factors influencing the economic development, in which the financial support to local economic development serving as the structure indicator is the embodiment of the quality of regional economic operation, and is the power source of long-term economic development. Finally, according to the hierarchical classification of the clustering results, the paper puts forward policy recommendations to promote the balanced economic development in Shaanxi province.
