“一带一路”战略推进中境外承包工程外汇管理相关问题研究——基于山东省的数据

The Research on the Administration of Foreign Exchange of Overseas Contracted Projects in the Course of Advancing“ The Belt and Road” Initiative——Based on Data of Shandong Province

随着"一带一路"战略的持续推进,越来越多的企业紧抓战略机遇"走出去",积极对沿线地区开展境外承包工程业务,取得了良好成效。本文基于山东省的调研数据,系统梳理境外承包工程资金运作模式特点及存在的问题,研究和提出完善境外承包工程管理的政策建议。

With the continuous promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, more and more enterprises have seized the strategic op- portunity to ＂go out＂ and actively carried out overseas contracted projects in countries along the B ＆ R, which has achieved good re- sults.Based on the investigation data of Shandong province, the paper systematically reviews the characteristics and existing problems of the fund operation mode of overseas contracted projects,and studies and puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the man- agement of overseas contracted projects.
