乡村旅游精准扶贫的SWOT分析——以甘肃临夏州为例

The SWOT Analysis of the Targeted Poverty Alleviation by Means of Rural Tourism——A Case of Linxia Prefecture in Gansu

本文立足新时代乡村振兴大背景下,从乡村旅游精准扶贫助推农村产业再复兴、农村再繁荣、农民收入再增长三个方面分析了乡村旅游精准扶贫的现实依据,介绍了临夏州乡村旅游精准扶贫实践,利用SWOT方法分析了临夏实施乡村旅游精准扶贫的路径,有针对性地提出对策建议。

Based on the background of the rural vitalization in a new era, the paper analyzes the realistic basis of the targeted poverty alleviation by means of the rural tourism from three aspects such as depending on the targeted poverty alleviation by means of rural tourism to boost the rural industry renewal, rural re-prosperity and farmers＇ income regrowth, and introduces the practice of the targeted poverty alleviation via rural tourism in Linxia. And then, the paper analyzes the path to implement the targeted poverty allevi-ation by means of rural tourism in Linxia by using SWOT method, and finally puts forward some corresponding policy recommenda-tions.
