OH评估方法在老年患者压疮预防方面应用的效果研究

Application of OH pressure sore assessment scale in prevention of pressure ulcers for elderly patients

目的探讨OH评估方法在老年患者压疮预防方面的应用效果。方法收集2016年3月～2017年3月期间在本院住院、无自理能力、无带入压疮的老年患者100例,由两位护理人员在患者入院时,分别使用Braden量表和OH评估法对每位患者进行评估,记录评估分值。记录护理人员使用两种评价量表对患者进行评价的耗时有无差异性。结果通过观察分析,两位护理人员使用OH评估量表对同一位患者的压疮风险评估分值基本无差异; OH评估表单评估的用时明显短于Braden评分表,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05); OH评估的风险结果和患者发生压疮风险具有显著的正相关性(P <0.001)。结论 OH评估量表在老年患者早期预防有明显的效果,能减轻护士的工作量,提高护士工作效率。

Objectives To explore the effect of OH pressure sore assessment scale in prevention of pressure ulcers for elders patients. Methods One hundred elderly patients without self-care ability and pressure ulcers were recruited in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017. Patients were assessed with Brandon scale and OH scale. Scores and assessment time for each tool were recorded respectively. Results There are no difference between scores which were assessed with two scales for the same patient. The assessment time for OH scale was shorter than Brandon scale （ P 〈 0.05）. Pressure ulcers risk assessed with OH scale had a significantly positive correlation with actual sore risk of patients （P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusions OH scale has a significant influence on prevention of pressure ulcers for elder patients, reducing nurse workload and improving work efficiency.
