多学科协作模式在大面积烧伤患者中的应用

Application of clinical multidisciplinary team( MDT) in treatment of extensive burn patients

目的探讨多学科协作模式在大面积烧伤患者中的应用效果。方法选择2015年3月～2016年3月绵阳市中心医院收治的大面积烧伤患者54例为研究对象,根据患者是否接受多学科协作诊疗模式分为对照组和研究组,每组各27例。对照组采取传统治疗护理方式,观察组采取多学科团队协作模式。观察两组患者平均住院日、患者健康知识知晓率、满意度与温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分情况。结果观察组患者住院时间少于对照组,且观察组患者较对照组健康知识掌握程度大幅度提高,满意度提升,VSS明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多学科协作模式在大面积烧伤患者中的应用,可缩短患者的住院时间,加强患者对健康知识的掌握,提高患者满意度,明显改善瘢痕状态。该模式在大面积烧伤患者中的应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the application effects of clinical multidisciplinary team （MDT） in treatment of extensive burn patients. Methods We have selected 54 extensive burn patients admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital between Mar. 2015 to Mar. 2016 research objeer, and divide them averagely into control group and study group according to MDT group and non-MDT group. The control group was treated with conventional care and the study group was treated with clinical MDT, and then the different average length of stay, recovery after surgery, awareness rate of health knowledge ,degree of satisfaction , score in vancouver scar scale （VSS） after treatment were record and observed. Results The study group has less stay-time and VSS score compared to control group ,and the study group has more score in awareness rate of health knowledge and the differences between the two groups were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of MDT in treat- ment of severe burn patients can abbreviate the stay-time , intensify the comprehension of health knowledge , and also have a better score in scar and anxious. It has a obvious effect to apply MDT in treatment of extensive burn patients.
