尼尔雌醇在绝经后骨质疏松症防治中的应用

绝经后因雌激素缺乏易发生绝经后骨质疏松症,应用雌激素制剂可以预防或延缓其发生、发展。尼尔雌醇是我国自行研制的雌三醇衍生物,在体内代谢为炔雌三醇和雌三醇而发挥作用。动物实验提示雌鼠或雌兔去卵巢后应用尼尔雌醇可以抑制骨转换、改善骨代谢,预防骨质疏松的发生。临床研究观察到应用尼尔雌醇可改善正常绝经妇女骨代谢并维持其骨量,尼尔雌醇联合钙剂及维生素D可缓解绝经后骨质疏松妇女的相关症状,并避免骨质进一步丢失。

Postmenopausal osteoporosis occurs in postmenopausal women, because of estrogen deficiency.Estrogen application can prevent or delay the occurrence and development of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Nilestriol is a self-developed estriol derivative in our country, which is metabolized in vivo to acetylene estriol and estriol. Animal experiment results have suggested that the use of nilestriol after ovariectomy can inhibit bone transformation, can improve bone metabolism and prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis. Clinical studies have observed that the application of nilestriol can also improve bone metabolism and maintain bone mass in normal postmenopausal women. Nilestriol combined with calcium and vitamin D can relieve the symptoms of postmenopausal osteoporosis women and prevent further loss of bone.
