高校创业教育的问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Entrepreneurship Education in Chinese Colleges and Universities

基于浙江省高校数据实证分析,我国高校创业存在教育新理念仍需进一步普及、专业创业教育师资短缺、创业教育本土化研究成果及创业教育教材建设不足、缺乏多样、多维、与专业融合的质量评估体系、作为二级的创业教育生态系统亟待完善等五大瓶颈。我国高校创业教育要在大力引进和培养创业教育师资、加强创业教育本土化研究、探索新型创业教育教学模式,建立基于专业能力的高校创业教育质量评估体系、基于利益相关者完善四维融合的高校创业教育生态系统等方面有所突破。

The historical evolution of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is reviewed based on anempirical analysis of Zhejiang Province. Results show five major problems of entrepreneurship education in China：thenew concept of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities still needs to be further popularized;professionalteachers in entrepreneurship education are extremely scarce; research achievements on the localization ofentrepreneurship education are lacking and the construction of teaching materials for entrepreneurship education isinsufficient;the quality evaluation system with a diversified,multidimensional,and professional integration is stillabsent;the construction of entrepreneurship education ecosystem needs urgent improvement. We should strive to achievethe following breakthroughs in entrepreneur education in China. We should energetically attract and cultivate professionalteachers of entrepreneurship education,encourage researches on the localization of entrepreneurship education,explorenew teaching model of entrepreneurship education,and establish the quality evaluation system of entrepreneurshipeducation based on professional competence;we should focus on a four-dimensional integration of the related benefitersand improve the construction of the ecological system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
