深圳湾瑞府塔楼结构设计

摘要 深圳湾瑞府项目建筑功能为下部六星级酒店,上部高端公寓,塔楼结构高度为232.6m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒体系。本塔楼结构设计的重难点包括:外框无角柱且平面上未设置角部斜向的连系梁;在建筑功能由酒店过渡为公寓的区域,核心筒在南北向两侧各有3.1m的收进;为了协调上部室内效果和地下室车道对空间的要求,外框柱在5层有90°旋转。通过对结构各主要构件在水平和竖向荷载下的状态进行细致的研究,实现了在7度抗震设防区、深圳湾强风荷载下200m以上高层建筑无加强层和角柱的设计,在保证结构安全性的前提下提升了整个建筑的外观效果和使用品质。 Shenzhen CRC Ruifu project is a tower with the height of 232. 6 m. It consists of a six-star hotel at lower part and high-end residences at the upper floors. The reinforced concrete frame-core structure system is adopted for this high-rise building. The key and difficult points of structural design can be summarized as that no corner columns or corner link beams provided on the plane; the core is downsized in both north and south direction by 3. 1 m with the changing of building function from hotel to residence; the frame columns on the 5 th floor were rotated by 90° for the purpose of space requirements of the upper part and basement lane. A specific performance study of the main structure components under the horizontal and vertical loads was carried out. The structure design at the level 7 seismic zone of an over 200 m high-rise building without strengthening layers and corner columns under Shenzhen CRC strong wind-loading can be achieved. This design improves the appearance and function quality of the entire building under the premise of safety.
