HZSM-5,CeO_2,Al_2O_3应用于催化分解甲硫醇的比较研究 被引量:1

Comparative Study over HZSM-5,CeO_2 and Al_2O_3 Catalysts for Catalytic Decomposition CH_3SH

摘要 甲硫醇(CH_3SH)是一种常见的挥发性含硫有机物,其在空气中易转化形成有机气溶胶,导致大气光化学烟雾和雾霾等严重污染。因此,针对CH_3SH的有效脱除研究工作目前已成为我国严控硫污染和实现硫以及VOCs(挥发性有机化合物)减排工作中的新任务。系统研究并比较了HZSM-5,Ce O_2,Al_2O_33种催化剂应用于催化分解CH_3SH的降解行为,采用H_2-TPR,NH_3-TPD表征探讨了活性与稳定性之间的差异并进行了相应的分析,同时利用TG,Raman等表征解释了催化剂失活的原因并对其失活机制进行了简要的探究,得出催化剂酸性中心与氧空位是催化分解CH_3SH的活性中心,积碳和含硫物种是导致催化剂失活的主要原因。 Methyl mercaptan ( converted into organic aerosols CH3SH) is a common volatile sulfur-containing organic substance, which is easily in the air, resulting in atmospheric photochemical fumes and haze and other serious pollution. Therefore, the effectively removing CH3SH has become a new task for control of sulfur pollution and VOCs (volatile organic compounds). In this paper, the catalytic behavior toward CH3SH decomposition reactivity was investigated by HZSM-5, CeO2 and AI2O3 catalysts. The differences between activity and stability were investi- gated by H2-TPR and NH3-TPD. The results showed that acidity center and oxygen vacancy are the active sites of catalytic decomposition of CH3SH, carbon deposition and sulfur species are the main causes of catalyst deactiva- tion. The TG and Raman were used to explain the reason of deactivation of the catalyst.
