白云鄂博稀土矿物催化半焦燃烧与脱硝特性的研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用热重红外联用分析仪对白云鄂博不同稀土矿物(包括稀土原矿、稀土精矿、稀土尾矿)催化半焦燃烧与脱硝的活性进行了研究,研究结果表明:在稀土矿物添加剂作用下半焦的燃烧活性都得到提高,着火温度提前,燃尽温度提前,燃烧时间缩短,燃烧效率提高,并且稀土精矿的催化燃烧效果最好;在稀土矿物催化剂作用下半焦的NO生成量减少,同时CO的生成量也减少,说明添加稀土矿物催化剂强化了CO同相还原NO的作用,从而提高了氮氧化物的脱除效率。其中稀土尾矿的催化能力强于稀土精矿与稀土原矿,说明稀土氧化物与Fe_2O_3间的协同作用。稀土矿物催化剂同时促进半焦燃烧效率与减少NO_x生成,表明稀土矿物催化剂对催化燃烧与脱硝存在协同效应。 Effect of rare-earth tailing on char combustion reactivity and denitration was investigated using thermo- gravimetric analysis Fourier transform infrared (TGA-FTIR). The results indicated that the combustion reactivity was improved with rare-earth tailing addition. The ignition temperature is ahead of time, and the burnout tempera- ture is also advanced. And the combustion time is shortened, the combustion efficiency is improved, and the cata- lytic combustion effect of 5% addition is the best. The results also indicated that the NO emission decreased with rare earth tailing catalysis, CO generation decreased at the same time, there is positive correlation between them. The rare earth tailing addition catalyzed the CO reduction NO, thus improved the removal efficiency of NO. The rare earth tailing addition promote combustion efficiency and denitration at the same time, and it indicates that syn- ergistic effect of the two catalysts on char combustion and NO emission exists.
