摘要
面向新技术及其产业的技术预见方法正成为支持产业技术规划与企业研发决策的重要工具。然而,当前产业技术预见通常使用基于专家的定性方法,缺乏可靠性与客观性。定量分析方法成为产业规划及技术预见的新型工具,而基于专利的文本信息挖掘是新颖的定量分析方法。本文提出基于专利文本挖掘的知识图谱的分析方法,在对专利基础属性分析的基础上,通过定量分析生成专利网络与专利地图,并结合发明问题解决理论的进化法则,形成一种可视化的产业技术预见分析框架。本文结合移动医疗这一新兴产业,论述该分析框架的应用过程,分析产业竞争状况、发展轨迹与技术机遇,寻找具有发展潜力的技术方向,为广大企业的研发创新提供决策参考。据实践验证,该方法提高了技术预见与规划的效率,并提高决策的可靠性与客观性。
Technology foresight method for new technology and industry is becoming an important tool to support industrial tech-nology planning and R&D decision making. However, the current methods for industrial technology foresight usually use the qual-itative method based on experts, thus lack reliability and objectivity. Quantitative analysis has become a new tool for industrial planning and technology foresight, and patent mining based text information is a new quantitative analysis method. In this paper, an analysis method based on knowledge map and patent text mining is proposed. On the basis of the analysis of the basic proper-ties of the patent, the patent network and the patent map are generated by quantitative analysis, and a visual industrial technology foresight framework is formed by combining the eight evolution rules of the TRIZ theory. This paper combines the new industry of mobile medical treatment, discusses the application process of the analysis framework, analyzes the industrial competition, the development track and the potential, technical opportunity, and seeks the technical direction, and provides the decision - making reference for the innovation of the enterprises. According to practice, this method improves the efficiency of technology foresight and planning, and improves the reliability and objectivity of decision-making.
