鱼腥草地下茎提取物的成分分析及其对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的体外抑菌作用 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过对鱼腥草地下茎各提取物的成分分析,考察其对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的抑菌活性,为鱼腥草用于牙周炎治疗提供理论依据。方法以新鲜紫色茎鱼腥草地下茎为原料,利用水蒸气蒸馏法获得挥发油及芳香水,采用GC-MS联用技术分析其化学成分,基于肉汤连续稀释法稀释成不同浓度的鱼腥草,接种牙龈卟啉单胞菌,采用纸片法检测各提取物的抑菌活性。结果鱼腥草挥发油中鉴定出了甲基正壬酮、癸酸乙酯等30种化学组分,抑菌实验发现挥发油、浓缩药液及芳香水均有数个浓度组出现抑菌环,能有效抑制牙龈卟啉单胞菌生长。结论所有鱼腥草提取物均具有体外抑制牙龈卟啉单胞菌的作用,且表现出一定的量效关系,其中挥发油部分抑菌效果最佳。 Objective To determine the antibacterial activity of the extracts ofHouttuynia cordata Thunb. subterraneous stem against Porphyromonas gingivalis and provide theoretical evidence for its further research and application in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods Fresh wild Houttuynia cordata Thunb. subterraneous stem was used as raw materials; volatile oil and aromatic water were obtained by steam distillation; concentrated liquid was obtained by decompression spinning. The chemical components were identified and determined by GC- MS. The extracts were diluted continuously into different concentrations. Paper disk method was used to detect the bacteriostatic effect of the extracts and the MIC was recorded. Results Methylnonylketone, decanoic acid ethyl ester and about 30 compounds were identified. Bacteriostatic experiment found that several concentrations of volatile oil, aromatic water and concentrated liquid with bacteriostatic rings inhibited the growth of Porphyromonas gingivalis MIC. Conclusion All the extracts ofHouttuynia cordata Thtmb. can inhibit the growth ofPorphyromonas gingivalis in vitro. The effect of volatile oil is the best, with a dose-effect relationship.
