摘要
1例57岁男性癌痛患者接受多西他赛化疗,化疗结束即出现黏膜炎、Ⅳ度骨髓抑制及发热性中性粒细胞减少的不良反应。药师针对该问题查阅文献资料,指导癌痛滴定,对化疗后不良反应进行药学监护,予甲硝唑、复方碳酸氢钠含漱液、重组人集落刺激因子、重组人白细胞介素、血小板、头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗,患者愈后良好。药师在工作中分析患者用药、协助医师制定合理治疗方案,并对患者实施全面的药学监护,减少患者痛苦,增加治疗有效率。
A 57-year-old male with cancer pain was treated with docetaxel chemotherapy. The patient developed mucositis, Ⅳ degree myelosuppression, and febrile neutropenia at the end of the chemotherapy. Pharmacists monitored the titration of cancer pain, reviewed medical, and provided pharmaceutical care for adverse reactions after the chemotherapy. Finally, the patient is healed. Pharmacists should analyze patients＇ medication, assist doctors in making rational treatment plans, pay more attention to drug adverse effects and help increase the efficacy of treatment.
